Something Entirely Different

As you all know, I am an authority on a great many things: science, religion, macaroni art, and so much more. I am not, however, an authority on customer service. That would be Michelle over at The Customer Authority, who was kind enough to publish my submission for her post today. Check it out, and browse around her site a little.
